Origin:
Lilium pyrenaicum occurs Eastern of the Pyrenees, Northern Spain and South of France, around Eaux-Bonnes to Mont Louis and in the area of Tarn.
The variation Lilium pyrenaicum var. rubrum is found in a very restricted area in Northern Spain around Burgos only.
