Lilium akkusianum Gämperle 1998

Origin:
The magnificent Lilium akkusianum is endemic to the south and southeast of the Turkish city Akkuş growing in beech forests, on forest edges, in meadows and on hedges at altitudes between 1.000 until 1.500 m. Only very few locations of the species are currently known.
