Lilium speciosum var. gloriosoides Baker with its 2 habitats upon Formosa (Taiwan) and China (Yunnan) as the mainland-type are mentioned separately in the list of our propagation-work.

Japan (Kiushu, Shikoku), Formosa, China; grassy, moist places in forests
